9 Bar Ranch
We take care of all your hunting needs here at Nine Bar Ranch. With over 12,000 acres of game-rich country you will have a wonderful time. Nine Bar has 2,500 acres of high-fenced land where our exotic hunts are conducted. While hunting with us you will stay in our very comfortable stone lodge. The lodge includes 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. We also have a full game and entertainment room. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting by a warm fire with some good friends after a wonderful hunt.
Our Guides
All our hunts are fully guided by professional, seasoned guides who have spent their entire lives on this ranch. Deer hunts are conducted one on one. Hunting will be in blinds or spot and stalk. We will use whichever method works best for your particular needs. Most shots will be inside 200 yards.
Turkey Hunts
Turkey hunts are conducted in the spring season only. Season opens around April 1 each year and lasts about 45 days. A second bird can be added at extra cost. All big game (whitetail and exotics) and turkey are priced per animal plus daily rates.
Wing Shooting
We offer duck hunts, dove hunts and upland game bird hunts (quail and pheasant) here at Nine Bar. The duck hunting has been great so far this season. Dove hunting opens Sept 1st each year and the season lasts about 60 days. We hunt dove over cultivated land and ponds. These hunts are handled simply as day hunts. Upland game hunts can be scheduled morning or evening and tailored to fit your needs.
You Call The Shots
We can always customize a hunt for you. How about shooting some quail and pheasant in the afternoon, have a great meal and a good night’s sleep at our lodge, then get up early for a limit of ducks? Just let us know what you would like and we’ll make it happen.
Licensing & Game Handling
Hunting licenses are very reasonably-priced and can be purchased over the counter at any local sporting goods store. Cold storage is available here at the ranch. We have 2 large walk-in coolers to make sure your game is taken care of. We can also arrange local processing, taxidermy and shipping.
