• 20 venison chops
  • 6 oz. beer
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 oz. garlic salt

    Place large disposable aluminum pan on hot grill. Add beer, onion, and butter to pan. Place venison in pan on top of onions.  Lightly sprinkle venison with garlic salt. Turn venison once while cooking and sprinkle with garlic salt again. When venison is fully cooked, remove from pan and place directly on the grill. Once grill lines have appeared flip chops.  Remove from grill once grill lines have appeared on both sides of venison chops.
