• 4 venison loin steaks, 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

    Combine Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. In a small bowl combine paprika, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and white pepper. Coat both sides of each steak with the Worcestershire mixture and then the spice mixture. Place steaks on a hot grill and cook until desired doneness.
