Crispy Pork Loin Chops
  • 4 pork loin chops
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

In a shallow dish beat eggs and water slightly. In a second shallow dish place the flour. In a third shallow dish place the bread crumbs. In a small bowl combine salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Season each side of the chops with spice mixture. Heat oil in a large deep skillet. Coat the chops with flour, then dip each one into the egg mixture. Coat the chops in the bread crumbs and immediately place them in the hot oil. Cook each chop on both sides until meat is done and coating is crisp.
