• 4 antelope steaks
  • 1/4 c. lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 paper towels for each steak

    Soak the paper towels with lemon juice and wrap around steaks; put in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour. In small bowl, combine lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with seasoning and rub. Heat grill or large frying pan and sear steaks on each side.
