• 2 lbs. ground antelope
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3 c. carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 4 c. potatoes, shredded
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 6 slices Velveeta cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season antelope with salt, pepper and garlic power. Mix well. Form 6 patties. On a double sheet of foil place 6 leaves of cabbage. Place one meat patty on each cabbage leaf. Divide carrots, potatoes, onion and cheese slices evenly over patties. Top each patty with another cabbage leaf. Seal foil around patties and bake 30-40 minutes.
