• 4 antelope steaks
  • 3 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. jalapeno jelly
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

In a small bowl combine the salt, cumin and pepper. Season antelope on each side with spice mixture. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add steaks to skillet and cook until they reach desired doneness. Remove steaks from skillet and keep warm. In the same skillet add water, jelly and cilantro. With a wire whisk combine ingredient; making sure to get the drippings from the meat into the sauce. Sauce is done when jelly has completely melted. Serve steaks topped with sauce.

    Tip:
For an added change replace 1 Tbsp. of water with 1 Tbsp. of lime juice.
