The Delozier Ranch is located in the rocky hills of some of West Texas' best whitetail country. Cactus filled mesquite brush, thick draws with towering live oak trees make up the perfect habitat for huge whitetail bucks. Our whitetail reach their full potential by allowing them to grow to maturity, reaching ages of 6.5 to 7.5 years old. Each year top end bucks may attain the magical 170 B&C mark and some even higher.

Great effort is spent managing the doe population and the harvesting of mature bucks that don't meet the standards set for our trophy bucks. Each year our surveys and field studies help determine how many hunts we will have the following season. Lots of natural water via windmills and several ponds, 60 acres of planted fields and high protein feed fed year around help insure the overall health of the deer herd.

Aoudad sheep, Iranian Red Sheep and Nubian Ibex can be found throughout the hills and bluffs of this rocky terrain. Each season spectacular trophies of each species are taken. Rio Grande turkeys abound here in the spring and make for one of our most popular hunts. State of the art skinning and game care facilities, a walk-in cooler, western ranch-style lodging and nights spent around the open fire pit are just a few of the amenities hunters can expect during their stay at the ranch.
